Clients acknowledge that the results of services may vary based on individual factors, including skin type, medical history, and adherence to post-treatment guidelines. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes and advises all clients to consult with the service providers for personalized treatment information prior to booking.

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of its services without prior notice, in order to maintain the highest standards of care and adapt to advancements in aesthetic treatments.
Booking, Payments, and Refunds
Booking
Clients may book appointments for treatments and services through the Yours Truly Skin & Body website or by contacting the business directly. When booking online, clients will select their desired service, choose an available time slot, and provide personal information, including name, contact details, and payment method.

Full Payment Requirement
All appointments require full payment at the time of booking to secure the appointment. This policy ensures that clients are committed to their scheduled service, and it helps the Company maintain an efficient booking system. If full payment is not completed, the booking will not be confirmed, and the appointment time will remain open for other clients.

Yours Truly Skin & Body reserves the right to modify or cancel appointments at its discretion, particularly in cases of staff availability or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Company will notify the client promptly to reschedule or offer a refund if applicable.
To ensure timely service, clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in the appointment being shortened to accommodate subsequent bookings, but the full payment amount will still apply.

Payments
Clients must provide valid payment information at the time of booking. Yours Truly Skin & Body accepts the following payment methods:

Upon booking, the client authorizes Yours Truly Skin & Body to charge the full amount of the selected service to the payment method provided. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, discounts, and offers must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Discount codes or vouchers must be entered during the booking process and are not applicable retroactively.

Refunds and Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment without penalty if they notify the Company at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, 50% of the total service cost will be charged as a late cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy
If a client fails to attend their appointment without providing prior notice, this will be considered a “no-show.” In the event of a no-show, the full payment for the service is non-refundable, and no credit will be issued toward future services.

Non-Refundable Deposit
Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, in addition to the full payment requirement. If applicable, deposits will be communicated at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of the service, but they are forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Refund Policy
As a general rule, all sales and payments for services are final. Yours Truly Skin & Body does not offer refunds for completed services. However, if the Company cancels an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

In exceptional cases, refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of the Company, particularly in cases of medical emergencies or other unavoidable circumstances. Requests for such exceptions must be submitted in writing.
